240sx s13 Door Bar Removal, Other Fab Work

After delicately removing the window motor assembly, glass and unnecessary metals; I prepare to make incision into door bar without hitting the paper thin door skin. Then heat the double sided tar patches until the bar separates. Total weight of one door bar 20lbs and extras 20lbs, so for both doors save 80lbs.

Necessary 1 1/2" hole cut to finish welding on cage door bars. A dimple dye was used to flare and strengthen area around it.

Trimmed rear deck lid for easier access to suspension strut towers.
